Queso Royale - USA vs. France! [July 13]
Queso Royale: USA versus France! [July 13]
Saturday, July 13, 6:30-8pm ET
When it comes to wine and cheese France is a heavy hitter, right at the top of the culinary mountain. With a food culture that is centuries old, it's no surprise they make some of the best stuff in the world. But what about the USA? How do we fare when compared to the titans of the foodie world? Well, better than you may think. With a history of people with European roots, our very own cheese and wine cultures are full of amazing options. It's time to put them to the test...
Join wine & cheese educator (and culinary patriot) Adam Centamore for an evening of sampling wine and cheese pairings from both countries, then vote for your favorite. There's a catch, though. We're taking favoritism out of the equation - you'll be tasting it all without knowing where it came from until after you vote! It's a fun, delicious way to see just how amazing both cultures can be when it comes to eating and drinking the good stuff.
It's the Fourth of July versus Bastille Day! Bruce Springsteen against terrible French pop music! Eclairs versus apple pie! The red, white, and blue takes on...the red, white and blue! Spend a night enjoying the tastiest combat imaginable. It's the USA versus France in wine and cheese!

Florals for Spring: Exploring Aromatic Wines [April 5]
Friday, April 5, 6-7:30pm ET
Floral aromatic wines for spring? Groundbreaking. No - really it is!
We so often associate wines with fruit notes, we forget about the fragrant world of floral scents prevalent in so many wines. In fact, many fabulous wines are known for their predominantly flowery profiles - whites, reds and rosés! Without the experience of finding floral aromas in wines, we may be caught off guard by these scents and eschew the chance to try something unique.
While this may seem crazy (drinking notes of rose petals?!) - you may miss out on a whole new category of wines to delight your senses. Stop by to learn where these aromas come from, how to sniff them out and taste samples of aromatic style wines.
Already love aromatic wines? Come by and help wine educator Christina Kach wax poetic about these delightful oh-so-perfect for spring wines.
