The Rosé Revolution Seres: Part 1 [April 21]

Tuesday, April 21, 6:30-8pm ET

Part 1: What Got Rosé Here, Won’t Get Rosé There - The Psychology and Business of the Rosé Revolution

Borrowing from Marshall Goldsmith's business wisdom, this class examines how rosé became the wine world's greatest marketing success story—and why that formula is reaching its limits.

Join Dr. Sharon Chirban as she explores how Provence created a global phenomenon, why certain wines go viral while others don't, and what consumer behavior patterns tell us about rosé's future through comparative tasting and psychological analysis. Students will taste through rosé's evolution from traditional food wines to lifestyle brands, understanding the social, cultural, and economic forces that transformed pink wine from afterthought to obsession.

Dr. Sharon Chirban has practiced as a clinical psychologist in private practice for 30 years. She works with high performers in all walks of life – sports, corporate culture, medicine, law -to name a few. She has had a lifetime interest in gastronomy, wine and food influenced largely by her Greek heritage that values a family first, food first culture. You will find her scavenging for her next wine/food party theme or planning a wine adventure. She holds the WSET Level 3 Award in Wines certification and the Champagne Specialist Certificate.
