Join cheesemonger (and lover of all things Italian) Adam Centamore as you taste your way through the cheeses and condiments that make Italy such an important and celebrated culinary center. From the captivating fresh cheeses of the north, to the aged, intense wheels from the south, spend an evening experiencing the cheeses and wines that make Italy great!
