The Romance of France: French Wine, Cheese, Chocolate, and More! [February 14]

This Valentine's Day, let us whisk you away for an evening of French flavors and atmosphere. During this class, the Commonwealth Wine School will transform into a French café overlooking vineyards, coastlines, cathedrals and castles. Sip on Champagne, Sancerre, Provence Rosé, Châteauneuf-du-Pape, and Sauternes, while pairing them with French cheese, chocolates, and other treats.
Join French Wine Scholar and educator, Erika Frey, as she guides you on this tasty "tour de France".
