Developed by Master Sommelier David Glancy, this 6-class educational series is designed to enhance your blind wine analysis techniques using some of the trickiest flights that exist! Serious enthusiasts and professional wine students will learn important techniques to help them differentiate between commonly confused varietals and regional influences.
As a group you will identify common threads and figure out key differences. Drills will include an emphasis on focus, timing, descriptions and conclusions. Perfect for those preparing for upper level exams and competitions! It combines elements of the Court of MS technique, WSET & MW and is also very helpful for CWE, or to simply better understand wine.
