Developed by Master Sommelier David Glancy, this 6-class educational series is designed to enhance your foundational blind wine analysis techniques like never before! Serious enthusiasts and professional wine students will sharpen their ability to assess the structure and identify aromas and taste classic wines from around the world to hone varietal and regional identification skills. Tastings of manipulated samples and wines of the world will focus on structure, varietal, and regional markers.
As a group, you will come up with varietal profiles to aid in future tastings. Blind tasting drills will emphasize wine analysis technique, deductive reasoning and conclusions. This series combines elements of Court of MS technique, WSET & CWE. Take the full series or just the individual classes you need.
