Stems & Sips- Sake & Ikebana [October 31]

Saturday, October 31, 6:30-8:00pm EST

Find your flow, one branch and one pour at a time.

True harmony happens when you strip things down to their absolute essence. In Japan, this philosophy connects two beautiful crafts: Ikebana (minimalist floral arrangement) and Sake (the refined art of brewing).

Join us for Stems & Sips, a relaxed, hands-on evening designed for beginners. No complex jargon, no overwhelming flower bundles—just clean flavors, striking lines, and a healthy dose of fun.

What to Expect

Sake Demystified: Discover the stunning versatility of premium sake. You’ll taste a curated flight—ranging from bright and fruity to crisp and earthy—while learning the basics of how it's made and served.

The Living Sculpture: Dive into Ikebana, the traditional art of flower arrangement. Unlike dense Western bouquets, Ikebana focuses on negative space, asymmetry, and making a few thoughtful stems speak volumes.

Guided Creation: We will walk you through the core principles of line, depth, and form. Step-by-step, you’ll learn how to position branches and blossoms to mimic the grace of nature.

No experience required. We provide the tools, the knowledge, and the liquid inspiration. You’ll leave with a gorgeous centerpiece, a newfound appreciation for Japanese craft, and a serious sense of zen.

Cost: $150
