The Art of Pairing: Wine, Cheese, and Charcuterie [March 26]

Friday, March 26, 6:30-8:00pm EST

We never get tired of pairing wine and cheese, but when it’s time to really kick things up a notch, adding charcuterie is absolutely the way to go! Pâtés, terrines, cured meats…all delicious, and all are superb companions for wine and cheese.

Spend an evening sampling delicious combinations of meats, cheeses, condiments, and wines! As you taste, you’ll learn why each pairing works so well and the secrets to prepare unforgettable spreads for your next event!

We will make every effort to accommodate food allergies and/or dietary restrictions, but, due to the fact that we work with small producers from around the globe, we are unable to guarantee or protect from cross contamination.

Cost: $105

Location: Commonwealth Wine School, Cambridge, MA

Instructor: CWS Faculty
