Taste of the Alps: Mountain Wine and Cheese [February 5]

Friday, February 5, 6:30-8:00pm EST

For centuries, mountain dairy farmers have been making cheese as a way to preserve milk. It’s one of the oldest cheesemaking cultures in the world. The results of their hard work are some of the best cheeses in the world! Rich, dense alpine cheeses full of flavor and incredible complexity. The wines of these regions are just as magnificent; intense and flavorful, they are the perfect companions.

Join wine & cheese expert (and alpine enthusiast) Adam Centamore for an evening giving these glorious delicacies the attention they deserve. You’ll try amazing high-altitude cheeses from alpine regions across Europe paired with six equally special wines while learning how they are made and what makes them so wonderful.

It’s a special chance to experience some amazing wine and cheese cultures. The hills are alive with alpine wine and cheese!

We will make every effort to accommodate food allergies and/or dietary restrictions, but, due to the fact that we work with small producers from around the globe, we are unable to guarantee or protect from cross contamination.
