Sake and Chocolate, a match made in heaven! Join Marina Giordano, Sake Educator and José López Ganem, Chocolate Expert for an evening of sake and chocolate pairings. This class will explore the fundamentals of sake production and tasting, chocolate production, and pairing sake and chocolate.
Marina and José will present a selection of sake and chocolates for sampling, and they will suggest some of their favorite producers.
