Cocktails Illustrated: Hands-On Cocktail Class [December 19]

Join career bartender, WSET educator, and all around beverage nerd Nick Korn for a hands-on cocktail making class. Nick has been working in bars throughout Boston for almost 20 years including Eastern Standard Kitchen & Drinks, Citizen Public House, Silvertone, Brick & Mortar, and Backbar, and has taught all over the world on subjects ranging from Japanese Whisky to Clay Aging to Hospitality Advocacy & Organizing.
In this class, Nick will be sharing recipes and stories from his work on the recently released book from America's Test Kitchen, Cocktails Illustrated, which incidentally came out just in time for the holidays and is focused specifically on elevating your home cocktail-making game!
Participants will be paired up to actively participate in their education - leaving class having confidently made cocktails and learning some key cocktail-making techniques, recipes for a few classic cocktails, and a framework for creating nearly infinite variations along the way.
Nickwill have copies of Cocktails Illustrated available for sale (and inscription, if you want), as well as a selection of bar tools (not included in the price of the course).
