Introduction To: Beer and Cheese Pairings [February 15]

When it comes to cheese pairings, the dirty secret nobody wants to say out loud is that beer can be just as outstanding a partner as wine. Beer brings a different personality to the combinations, and that can be a wonderful thing.
Spend an evening with us getting to know cheese’s other delicious dance partner! You’ll sample six different beer styles, each paired with cheeses and condiments in ways that really show off how magical pairing cheese and beer can be, while learning the tips and tricks to creating pairings of your own. It’s a special night of indulging in cheese’s other significant other.
We will make every effort to accommodate food allergies and/or dietary restrictions, but, due to the fact that we work with small producers from around the globe, we are unable to guarantee or protect from cross contamination.
