Ashley Broshious
Ashley has worked as a sommelier for countless years, holds the WSET Level 3 Award in Wines certification, and has been an instructor for in wine since 2015. She has taught seven different courses and has mentored dozens of wine students in her decade of service. Ashley started working as a sommelier when she was 22 for Eric Ripert at his restaurant Blue on Grand Cayman. For the past 12 years, she has built and managed beverage programs in California and South Carolina and is skilled in wine program management, list creation, staff training, budgets, Profit and Loss Statements as well as bar and beer programs. She uses her degree in Biology to break down the processes of viticulture and enology to help students be able to succeed with the technical details of theory and tasting. After these preparations she is a resource on study techniques, planning, time management, and the importance of topics based on each individual exam. She recently became a National Ambassador for both Bordeaux Superieur and specializes in French and American wines while being well versed in all regions of the world.
